My story

How I Got Here!

Ordinary Life

My journey into relationship coaching started from my own struggles with maintaining healthy relationships. I encountered challenges in sustaining various types of connections, from friendships to romantic relationships. These difficulties arose from setting high expectations for others, which often led to disappointment when they didn't meet these standards.

Changes

Over the past decade, I've engaged in introspection to understand the underlying causes of my relationship issues with friends and family. Through this journey of self-reflection and personal development, I chose to pursue coaching.

In my practice, I've found fulfillment in impacting people’s lives, particularly in marriages, helping them gain self-awareness and insight into their behavioral patterns. Witnessing couples grow stronger through adversities and emerge victorious brings me immense joy.

Expectations

What to Expect

In therapy we will discuss your problems and how they are currently affecting you. In doing so, offer you techniques to help you to learn a new set of behaviours, and help you to practice this new skill until it has become embedded. You’ll also be given helpful “homework” in the form of practicing your new skills. In the process, you should experience an improvement in your symptoms. The goal of CBT is a relatively rapid improvement and the cessation of therapy within 16 weeks, but each case is unique and the duration may vary from person to person.
